During the "Soorya Mangalyaya" New Year Festival hosted by the Media Circle of D. S. Senanayake College we donated school items to the Arichchikattuwa primary school Chilaw in relation to the famous new year tradition "ganu denu kereema" and this was done during the 30th of May.
As guests of this occasion, we had the attendance of the Principal of D. S. Senanayake College Prasanna Udhumuhandiram Sir, the President of the Old Boys' Association Pasad Weerasekara Aiya, the Secretary of the school development association Mr. Priyantha Sahabandu, the Master in Charge of the Media Circle Kanchana Perera Madam, Menaga Sathyamoorthi Madam, Dhammika Jayasinghe Sir and Nuwan Rathnayake Sir.
